What ages are the packs for?

Roughly ages 3–12. Younger kids do the sowing, watering and watching with a hand; older kids run the experiments, measuring and journalling themselves. The activity sheets include easier and harder versions.

When will my pack arrive?

We pack and post orders within a few business days, and Australia Post usually takes 3–7 business days from there. You can track the status any time in your dashboard.

We don’t have a garden — will it work?

Yes. Every seasonal pack grows happily in pots on a balcony or sunny windowsill, and the Microgreens pack needs nothing more than a tray indoors — it’s made for gardenless growing.

What if our seeds don’t sprout?

Seeds are living things and we stand behind them — if a packet fails for you, email hello@kidsbynature.com.au and we’ll make it right. There’s also a 7-day money-back guarantee on every order.

Do you ship everywhere in Australia?

We post Australia-wide for a flat $9.95 (free with the full-year bundle). Seed selections are chosen to comply with WA and Tasmania quarantine rules.
