Welcome to Kids By Nature. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of kidsbynature.com.au (the "Site") and your purchase of our digital products. By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Kids By Nature ("we", "us", "our") publishes nature-led homeschooling resources and sells digital homeschooling planners and printables to Australian families.

2. Our products

Our products — including The Nature-Led Year planner, individual term planners, and printable add-ons — are digital downloads (PDFs). When you buy, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own family's personal, non-commercial home education.

You may print copies for use within your own household. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sub-licence or publicly post the files, in whole or in part.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. We may update prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. After successful payment you'll receive access to download your files on the confirmation page, and (where enabled) by email. If you have any trouble downloading, contact us and we'll sort it out.

5. Returns & refunds — our 7-day guarantee

We want you to love your planner. If it's not right for your family, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no complicated hoops. Just write to hello@kidsbynature.com.au with your order details.

This 7-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law. Because our products are digital and downloaded immediately, this voluntary guarantee is our way of making your purchase risk-free.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our products — text, layouts, illustrations and branding — is owned by Kids By Nature or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership of, the materials.

7. A note on home education

Our resources are a teaching and planning aid, not legal, educational or professional advice. Home education registration and curriculum requirements differ across Australian states and territories, and meeting them remains your responsibility. Always confirm current requirements with your own regulator.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the product or refunding its purchase price.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "last updated" date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the state or territory in which Kids By Nature operates.
